1:Overview of the DS18S20:
The DS18S20 is a single-wire digital temperature sensor developed by Dallas Semiconductor, available in a TO-92 package. It directly converts temperature signals into digital outputs, with a measurement range of -55°C to +125°C, achieving an accuracy of ±0.5°C within the -10°C to +85°C range. The DS18S20 communicates with microcontrollers using just one data line, significantly simplifying circuit design and conserving hardware resources.

DS18B20:From the same manufacturer as DS18S20 and also adopting a single-bus interface, it is convenient to connect with microcontrollers and reduces wiring complexity. They have certain similarities in packaging forms and can be directly replaced in some application scenarios. DS18B20 can also achieve digital measurement and transmission of temperature.
LM75A:It is also a digital temperature sensor with an I²C interface. Similar to the single-wire bus interface, it can realize digital signal transmission and is convenient for communicating with microcontrollers. It can realize the temperature measurement function and is suitable for scenarios where there is a demand for temperature measurement.
MCP9808:Provide digital temperature output and can communicate with the microcontroller through the I²C interface. Just like the DS18S20, it can meet the basic temperature measurement needs.The communication method is I²C, which is different from the single-wire bus method of DS18S20. The accuracy of MCP9808 is relatively high, up to ±0.25°C (within the range of -20°C to +100°C), and it has programmable temperature limit function.
SHT30:It can also output digital signals and measure environmental parameters. In some scenarios where temperature and humidity need to be monitored simultaneously, if only the temperature measurement function is of concern, it can replace the DS18S20.
