IR2184 is a high-performance 600V half-bridge gate driver chip launched by International Rectifier (IR, now acquired by Infineon). It adopts an 8-pin package. It can effectively drive power devices such as N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs. It has a wide power supply voltage range (10V to 20V) and is compatible with 3.3V and 5V input logic, facilitating connection with different control circuits. IR2184 has a dual-channel undervoltage lockout protection function, which can timely close the output when the power supply voltage is abnormal to ensure circuit safety.
