Selection Precautions
Voltage matching: the maximum withstand voltage value of the alternative model must be greater than or equal to the maximum withstand voltage value of the previous device, otherwise it may breakdown.
Current and heat dissipation: We also need to consider the heat dissipation problem, such as some packages can be connected to an external metal heatsink so that the heat loss will become smaller efficiency will be improved; 3DD15D due to insufficient power, if forced to use may lead to overheating damage
Driver circuit adjustment: MJ15003 base drive current demand is high, need to reduce the base resistor value.
