The NJW0302G is a high performance PNP type bipolar power transistor with high reliability and very low distortion. It is mainly used as an amplifier and power switching device.

I will use an audio amplification example to explain the working principle of the NJW0302G as follows.
1. The audio signal is output from the audio source device and enters the audio power amplifier to find the circuit where the NJW0302G is located.
2. Weak audio signals first by other small components of the circuit initial organization and amplification.
3. NJW0302G greatly changes the collector current according to the base signal change to amplify the audio signal.
4. Amplified signal from the collector output, into the next link.
5. The amplified signal drives the speaker cone to vibrate, converting the electrical signal into sound.

Class B amplifier Circuit

The NJW0302G is often used in conjunction with the NJW0281G to combine to form a Class B amplifier. When the input signal is positive, the NJW0302G begins to conduct and amplifies the positive half-cycle signal. When the input signal is negative, the NJW0281G starts to conduct and amplifies the negative half-cycle signal. The two transistors work alternately, each amplifying only one half-cycle.
